We are prepared to carry out inspections on-site at your plant, or to carry them out at our inspection hubs to meet your requests.
We can conduct random inspections or total auditory inspection depending on your requests.
When conducting random inspections, only the passed lots can be exported to Japan.
We can flexibly accommodate your needs as to total inspection on apparel products.

※Major hubs that we can accommodate are Southeast Asian Region such as China and Vietnam.
※In some cases, depending on your location, it may not be possible to meet your request because our inspection hubs are located close to a major plant site.

Enables diverse and various inspections with X-ray inspection devices and metal detectors in place

At our inspection hub in Togwan City, Kanton Province, X-ray inspection devices are installed.
The assertive detection of "metal foreign components" can be checked for the sewn products having metal parts, examples: bags, stuffed animals having zippers and chains, etc.
In addition, some metal detectors are equipped (22 cm in gate height) to assertively detect "metal foreign components" for larger stuffed animals.
